All customers using devices provided by Ademax (Purchase from Ademax or not).
2 kind of Service Package:
- Basic Service package (Ademax Standard Service): Provided free charge to all customers who purchase products in Ademax
- Enhanced Service Packs (Ademax Advanced Service): In addition to the basic service package, customers can purchase additional services package to improve support services and adapt response time for endpoint devices of Polycom and Aver. Specific as below:
+ Technical support < 1 working hour
+ Onsite support < 4 working hour
+ Answer questions: Yes
+ User guide: Yes
+ Support to check the problems: Yes
+ Warranty place: Customer’s office
+ Warranty transportation: Ademax engineer will transport warranty equipment, include returning.
+ Temporary equipment replacement: within 6 working hours
+ Scheduled Maintenance: Twice a year.
+ Scheduled Customer Service: Every quarter.
