Warranty service is basic service that Ademax Service Center provide to bring the satisfaction for customers when using products and solutions that Ademax distributes.
Ademax Service Center to be known as Polycom Service Specialization and Aver Authorized Service Partner provides unlimited service package include onsite service and warranty in Ademax Service Center. Besides, to bring the best support to customers, Ademax Service Center also has equipment replacement policy during warranty time.
Application Objects
- Warranty service is applied for all products and equipment that distributed by Ademax
Warranty Terms and Conditions.
- Ademax commits to warranty all products and equipment under supplier’s terms and conditions, except the following case: + Out of warranty time: Customers need to pay for warranty service according to quotation in warranty period.
+ Customer doesn’t present warranty document form: Warranty form must be valid, not be torn, defaced, blur or changed. 
+ Warranty stamp is torn, not keep intact.
+ The device is removable, assembly or components changed without the agreement or guidance from Ademax Service Center.
+ Equipment to be repainted, maintenance in irregularities way or operated in environment that not observes manufacture’s requirement. 
+ Equipment damaged because user does not comply with manual guide; or natural disasters, fires and other reasons…
Warranty Policy
- Ademax Service Center will take responsible for warranty (repair, replacement base on supplier’s policy) for all products that Ademax provides and have enough warranty condition.
- For customers using Ademax Advanced Service: Ademax Service Center will take responsible to provide temporary replacement devices during warranty time according to service package clause and commodity contract.
